Room was clean. Housekeeping every 3 days unless requested. Not sure if it's a Japan hotel norm, but saw hotel did not use vacuum to clean carpet, only with a lint roller. Room size is small but organized. Ideal for one adult, but still comfortable for one adult and one child. Two adult may be a little tight to move around in the room. Bed frame is lifted for storing baggage under, a must otherwise no room space. Onsen is free. Have coin laundry and terrace for view. Front desk staff were friendly, English fluent and helpful with questions. Hotel can help deliver luggage to next destination with Yamato. Overall a good experience.
