This is a great hotel, especially if you want to find calm while in a city of 37 million people. Though you won’t be right in the middle of the action, the joy of this city is that transit is exceptional and so anything you want to see is only a short walk / subway away. To me, the benefit of being able to get back to a quiet retreat after a busy day is priceless.

In the business district. Quiet area. 10 minutes walking distance from 2 different metro lines. Room was clean and decent size for Tokyo. Staff very helpful. Good aircon, wifi and dehumidifier was useful as was hard to dry our clothes. Close to a lot of convenience stores and restaurants.

Check in area is calming. Special tea is available at the lobby, staff prepare your choice. I also appreciated the staff recommendations for dinner. They kindly called the restaurants and made the reservations. Breakfast buffet is very delicious and with variety.

Unique tea theme hotel where we enjoyed the free tea ceremony at the reception. Love the ambiance and design of the room, also the tea pot and teas provided in the room. Would love to visit again.

Fabulous little boutique hotel in Shimbashi area which surprisingly has a lot to offer. Pretty much everything was lovely there except a couple weird things like no sink in bathroom so had to wash your teeth in sink in kitchenette. Other than that loved it

Had a lovely time at the hotel! The room was very clean and neat and had a lot of amenities, and the luggage I had sent several days before arriving was already in the room when I checked in. They were also very quick to reply to an inquiry I had sent prior to check in. We also enjoyed the tea they serve at the reception counter in the morning and the afternoon. The hotel is also near several subway stations.

Wonderful Stay

Smaller boutique-type hotel that allowed us to relax from the hustle and bustle like other hotels. The rooms were nicely appointed, serene and very clean. Enjoyed the variety of teas with tea set and Japanese snacks. Breakfast was sufficient and nicely arranged with fresh baked pastries. The front desk and restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful. We would stay again!

Fantastic boutique hotel. Easy taxi ride from Monorail station fro Haneda Airport Found the double room to be spacious with the unique design. Hotel is modern and spotless and housekeeping very thorough. Check in is on level 2 of building. Staff very very helpful. Hotel volunteered to hold my suitcase for a few days while away to Kawaguchiko/ Mt Fuji area… until my return visit to hotel.

The room was very clean and staff was nice. We loved the Hotel's tea products and having tea and coffee available in our room. The area ist quiet, but only a few minutes walk away, there's shimashi station and the surrounding area which is bustling and offers great food options.
