The property is nice and clean. Good location, very close to the train and short walk to Tsukiji fish market. Check in and check out was easy. Bed is VERY firm, it’s pretty hard. So if you can’t sleep on a firm bed I would take that into consideration. The room itself is also VERY small. Small bathroom and shower as well. We were out and about pretty much all day so it wasn’t a huge deal. Definitely no more than 2 people in a room. Overall was a good stay and everyone was nice.

Hot showers, air con worked. Bedrooms quiet, bed very comfy. More importantly staff were so very helpful with directions, organising cases to the next stop. Highly recommend , also local to the metro

As a female first time traveller of Japan I did a lot of research on reviews and the areas of where I would be staying. Upon arrival of this hotel I felt unsafe walking around, the receptionist was extremely rude and didn’t make me feel welcome. I couldn’t even spend a night there, as it didn’t feel clean nor safe. I had to book another place to stay for the remainder of the trip. After speaking to the amazing team at Expedia, explaining why I want a refund the hotel management decline my request and left me out of pocket.

Bed is like sleeping on a board….

The bed is important in a hotel. This one was hard like a rock. My back was in pain every day. The hotel did not have any mattress pads to help out. Coffee and tea not replenished except on day 3 cleaning (only clean every 3 days). The location is good near a subway station making the trip to Haneda simple. The room is also too small, even for Japanese standards. Cannot recommend if comfort is at all important to you.
