It is a nice, clean hotel. The Ueno park and the Ameyoko market are within the walking distance. To Ginza, just hop on the Ginza line

Enjoyed our stay. The room was very tiny but you figure out how to step over and around your belongings as it’s just a place to crash at night. It felt very clean! We paid for breakfast buffet one morning and it was a very nice spread of both Japanese and American food. The area is close to multiple subway stations and shopping/food.
