This property was a perfect base for visiting the Disney Parks. Family room had some great touches for little kids. All the staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was a huge variety. Shuttle bus to the bayside station was super regular. Only downside was the dinner options being such a high price point when so many customers are families not looking to spend hundreds of thousands of yen on dinner. Breakfast at the Hilton and all other meals at the parks.

Beautiful property, loved the indoor pool and spa services offered. Having 2 lawson stores in the lobby were very convenient. Having shuttles that could take you to the nearest train station was also very convenient and being able to find your way around was very easy with all the signage and help from all the staff.
