Friendly staff. Great location with easy walking access to the Ginza shopping area and restaurants. Rooms are small. Carryon luggage and backpack for two people each maxed out the usable space. Older bathroom and tub fixtures. Spots on dark rug need to be cleaned.

The room itself was clean and not a bad size for Tokyo standards. I wish I knew about the amenities of the hotel earlier, as I only discovered the laundry facilities when I checked out. The staff were polite. The hotel itself is in a great location close to major shops, department stores and Ginza station. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The location of the Gracery Ginza is very ideal. It’s close to the main Ginza road and near enough to multiple train and metro stations. I do wish there was a convenience store closer but it’s a minor detail. We weren’t informed that there was a complimentary coffee station in the lobby and microwave. We discovered it when we were checking out. Other than that, the rooms were exactly a described - small but it did the job. I love that there were 4 pillows!
