The lobby is magnificent. The rooms are a lot smaller than they appear online. The bathroom was a very traditional Japanese style which was surprising given the rating of the hotel. Bathroom smelt musty if the fan wasn’t on.

Hotel was located next to Tokyo Station so it was very convenient. Bus, train, metro and shinkansen transportation options were easily accessible. Lots of dining and shopping options within Tokyo Station and buildings surrounding the station. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again on future trips to Tokyo if available.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel was clean, room was nice, and the front-desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was kept clean by the outstanding housekeeping staff. The hotel is located by the JR Tokyo rail staition, so I had access to the subway and the bullet train. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel. There was a fitness center and laundry room available at the hotel. If I ever return I will return to this hotel.
