The location was perfect for our needs, we arrived late and had an early Shinkansen to catch the next morning. There was a small issue at checkout when the staff asked for payment even though we had already paid the night before. Aside from that minor hiccup, we had a great stay overall.

We really enjoyed this hotel for its proximity to Tokyo station, renovated rooms and the stunning city views from just about every room. But the biggest surprise was the quality of food from the à la carte dinner menu at lobby restaurant Tenqoo. Just fabulous!

Good location. Just steps to Tokyo Station. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The only thing needs to be fixed is the window. Condensation water noted around the window, quite a lot. I thing the insulation is compromised.
