Almost everything everyone has said is true. The hotel is a bit dated. The walls are thin. The bed is hard. That said, this hotel worked perfect. Close to shuttles. Easy in and out. The bed was hard but fine. My only real complaint was the AC. It took way too long to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature. That made sleeping more difficult, not the bed.

This hotel was ok. We booked it because it seemed like they had the largest rooms of all the options in the area but the rooms felt very worn down. It could use a refresh. The mattresses were uncomfortably form. Hotels in Japan in general tends to have firm mattresses but these were too firm compared to other hotels we stayed in. If I could rebook the trip I would pick the Hilton Tokyo Bay. They were newer and had a convenient store that was open really early.

Lovely stay and convenient to the metro to Disney. Standard room was large and had one of the largest bathrooms that wasn’t a suite. Room was cleaned daily and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The concierge counter helped us with luggage delivery to our next hotel in Tokyo.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room, but unfortunately, it was in poor condition. The tatami mats had noticeable stains, the drain in the washroom was chipped and potentially hazardous, and the water pressure at the bathroom sink was extremely low. I considered requesting a different room, but since it was just for one night, I chose to tolerate it—though I don’t plan on returning. Given the amount we paid for the room, I believe we could have found a much nicer place for the same price—or even less—in the same area. However, like other hotels in Japan, the service provided by the staff was excellent.

The hotel stay was to be a nice end to a hectic tour for business. I thought somewhere out of the way would be nice, but sadly for me, this hotel was found lacking. This hotel a perfect for those enjoying their Disneyland Tokyo experience, but nothing else. The staff were perfect, couldn’t fault them. The breakfast was fine, lacking quality breakfast items. While there was a good selection, I felt unsatisfied with the quality, wanting more even after I finished breakfast. I guess it’s fine for a breakfast before the Disney experience, but if I stayed here before my day out, I would get to the park and look for more food. Don’t get me wrong, lovely hotel, and amazing staff, but food was poor. I’ve stayed at many hotels, sadly I won’t stay here again. No room service. No laundry service. No sandwhiches. The shop had bits, but nothing for lunch. Lunch could only be had at the restaurant, which was a set menu? Have a buffet lunch maybe, or selection of pre-made sandwiches/made to order/japanese food. I was perplexed by this. I checked out early to go to another hotel near the airport. If going to Disney fine, but for me, I’d stay at another hotel, maybe the Hilton or something. Sorry.

We moved hotels from Tokyo central to here as the last 2 nights of our trip, planning to go to Disney. The property itself seems dated and needs refreshing. Every time we turned on sink, the drain made some loud noises. The wifi was quite spotty at times. The decor seems decades old, particularly in the rooms and also in the halls. However, the location is great for going to Disney. We loved that the airport limousine coach stopped directly in front of this hotel, so very convenient ride straight to airport the day after our Disney outing and you can buy the tickets for this from front desk when you check in or after. There is a cute store in the hotel offering last Disney purchases for things we missed. They were stingy with water, when we asked for an extra bottle. We also asked if they could acommodate a late check out by one hour since we were waiting for the airport limo, and they calculated out an extra one hour charge, which frankly seems to be nickle and diming. We just ended up waiting in the lounge. There is also conveniently a local free shuttle that stops right in front of hotel to take you to Disney, about a 10 min ride after picking up from other locations.
