Room was very clean but rather small. The heating kept blowing off hot air and unable to adjust the temperature. The staff said the setting was for winter and unable to change setting. We were asked to open windows to cool down our room. Not able to get much rest with windows opened due to the outside noise. Location was great - near restaurants and train station.

Good place and in a good location, big downside for me is the noise from the hallway as there’s almost no sound proofing. Fair bit of dust around the room but for the price I paid I would definitely stay again.

Pictures online look great, unfortunately the room needs a definite facelift. The room felt really worn down. The walls need to be repainted. The mattress was lumpy, the towels were paper thin and old. I could tell it was nice when it was new, but doesn’t feel like the pictures make it seem.

Good location a few minutes walk from two stations which allowed us to get anywhere within the main tourist areas of Tokyo quickly. Room was reasonable in size, the arrangement of the shower/toilet was strange but worked with the space available. Staff were friendly and free water refill downstairs was helpful. A convenience store a few doors down was great and recycling point for bottles and cans outside was helpful. The overall area would be great for anyone who wanted to stay out late.
