The hotel is situated in a great location near to Asakusabashi and Akihabara stations and easy to travel around Tokyo by subway. The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and also recommend to others.

Hearted hospitality

My stay in this hotel exceeded my expectations and made my short visit to Tokyo very relaxing and comfortable.

Everything you need in a good location.

Friendly staff. 2 train lines nearby. I train stop away from Akihabara (and without the train it's only a 15-20 minute walk away.). The room has everything you need including internet, fridge, air conditioning, toilet and shower.

Basic hotel amenities with great location

The hotel provides basic amenities. However they could improve by providing better bed comforters as the weather was rather cold at night and the room was cold without good bed comforters. We stayed there on May 21-23 and resumed on May 25-26. When we returned for check-in on May 25 we were given the same room number and to our horror the room was left untouched and not cleaned since we left there. The bedsheets, towels and rubbish were still in the same position. Apparently we thought that it might be caused by the "do not disturb" sign that we accidentally left on the key knob after we have checked out previously.There seem to have a miscommunication between the housekeeping and the reception as our room was not cleaned after we have checked out on May 24.

Warm welcome and comfy bed

The rooms are small but adequate. The hotel has good facilities and the staff are friendly and helpful. A good location to start exploring Tokyo from, due to its proximity to both train and subway lines. There are quite a lot of dining options in the area as well, serving Japanese, Chinese and even western food. Nearby are a lot of small shops selling craft supplies, clothes, food, souvenirs and more.

Excellent

Location Nr. 1. This hotel is near the metro station that will take you directly to the Haneda airport. The room is being prepared everyday. The staff is not that good at English, but good enough for travel conversations. Friendly, helpful and clean.
