We were very happy with this hotel. It was close to the metro & centrally located in Ginza. Rooms were very clean & the staff were helpful. We had been warned about room sizes & this place was no exception. We needed to live out of our suitcases but had been prepared for that scenario. No shelves or drawers! But there were a few hangers. After we left, the next day my daughter realized that she had left a box with all her jewelry in her room! Our new hotel (300+ miles away) contacted the Millennium & they looked & found it. They arranged to have it sent to her the next day. All went well! I would definitely stay here again!

Site is just by many Ginza shopping area and even to Tsukiji market. Many dining options. Although we didn’t take public transportation but it is right by Higashi Ginza station. Staff were ok but seemed to be overwhelmed by many customers. Lacked facilities. It said that there was laundry facility in house on website but there was none. No gym. Breakfast in restaurant was good but not many local options. Rooms were cleaned everyday. It was small but comfortable. Amenities were ok.

Very impressed with this property. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the price was actually quite reasonable and seemed like a bargain, especially compared to the Marriott properties I originally honed in on as a frequent traveler from USA. Rooms were large and well appointed. Staff was extremely courteous and service was impeccable. Location was perfect. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Glad I didn’t spend 3X as much to stay at a Marriott property nearby.

This hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, the bustling Tsukiji Fish Market, and many luxury goods stores. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making reservations when necessary. Compared to most hotels in Japan, the rooms are spacious.

Excellent location in Ginza. gorgeous hotel and room very clean. The bedding is so comfortable. Nice city view from the room window. The breakfast is good. It would be perfect if there were curry rice or more Chinese breakfast options.

The property is great proximity to the Ginza shopping area. Everything is walkable. It’s very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests staying. It was very noisy. I had to take my breakfast to my room to eat one morning as I couldn’t get a single seat. There were tables available but they were reserved for 4 persons or more only. There is also no room service at this property.
