The staff was friendly and helpful. The partial outdoor onsen was wonderful. The room was a bit small, but to be expected. The room was clean but a little dated with peeling wallpaper. Not a deal breaker, would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s a great value for the location. The little room was awesome for our family of four. It was a little tight with suitcases, but perfect for a 3/4 night stay.
