Staff is friendly, amenities are solid, and location isn't too far away from everywhere. Its right next to a train station. I booked the double room and it is a odd room, where the sink is in the bedroom, toilet is in a separate area from the showers, which takes away space from the bedroom. I ended up upgrading to the twin room (paid) and it was so much better.

The hotel service is great. Nice and clean. Polite and responsive staff. But the breakfast options were pretty underwhelming. No buffet option. You can only have one pre-made meal. And the meals were quite poor.

My main complaint is the plumbing in the rooms. Both rooms had a strong mold smell coming from the sinks and bathrooms. Our clothes started absorbing the smell too… Super convenient and staff were so friendly. Sooo many yummy restaurants in walking distance

We had a great time. Location is very convenient and accessible to transportation, food and shopping. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room is very nice but no place to put the luggage.

What I enjoyed the most was that it was right across the station so super easy access. With the Tokyo Dome nearby, there’s a lot to do and see in the area alone. Also liked how there’s so many local restaurants as well as a mix of a number of different restaurants that are foreigner friendly with a western food focus.

Rooms and facilities were clean and modern and although we are used to softer mattresses back home, we all slept well. Hotel is right across from Suidobashi station giving good access to all of Japan's hotspot areas and there were multiple family marts/7-eleven's nearby. Tokyo dome city in walking distance as well as some lovely gardens. Perfect spot for enjoying all Tokyo has to offer.

Based on price and location it was a good stay. It close enough to attractions and a train station but far enough away to be quite. Room was clean but did have a musty odour I believe came from the drains.

Excellent hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodated all of the requests that we had. Hotel room was clean and there is a laundromat on site. There is also a restaurant and bar downstairs. They had a DJ on most nights we stayed and offered one free drink for guests on weekdays. Location is right next to the Suidobashi subway stop and within walking distance of the Tokyo Dome. I highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel. Breakfast is as excellent. Service exceptional. For example, on checkiut day it was a rainy day they gave me a good quality umbrella to keep without me even asking for one, they just saw my concerned face !

Clean, modern hotel with comfortable amenities close by to local line train stations but a bit far removed from the major neighborhoods and sites if you’re visiting as a tourist. Check-in & check-out was at a tablet assisted by staff which made things easier as english-speaking only tourists. We did find the layout of the room to be a bit odd - if you’re not travelling with a partner or *very* close friend you may feel uncomfortable by the lack of room/bathroom separation. The shower stall is separate from the toilet and is a glass door visible to the room and room door entrance.
