Room was unclean, too small and had a weird smell. Most staff were helpful but I sometimes found some unwelcoming and unfriendly. Only good thing was that it was close to the station. I probably would not stay here again or recommend it. The station was a maze and I found it hard to navigate getting to/from the hotel some days.
This hotel sells itself as a boutique hotel. But our hotel room was horrible. There was a long crack in the wall, and the ceiling was almost in a slight V-shape. There was mold growing in the grout in the shower, and the step up into the bathroom was just plywood. The elevators were also quick to close and closed on my husband several times, the last time he ended up with bruises. It was my husband and I’s honeymoon and we totally got played from the photos. Would not recommend staying there.

Liked: Cleanliness
Our room was very clean and was super close to Shibuya crossing but the hotel was showing age. Our room was dark and older.
Excellent location right beside the New South Exit of Shibuya Station. Room was small, but perfect for a solo traveller like me. Location meant that I was able to make pit stops to deposit and retrieve belongings while moving between different attractions and areas.
I also ate in the Ginza Steak restaurant located on 2F of the hotel. It was a lovely meal, and the all you can eat steak and alcohol provided great value.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
The lighting in the room was very strange and so dark. Also things were in strange places like plug sockets, a massive step up to get to the toilet. Also there was dust and some places were not cleaned very well.
It was conveniently located next to Shibuya station, and the staff were lovely. But I don’t know if I would stay here again because the room wasn’t that great.
I have stayed there once before and this room was even smaller, so it was not very comfortable. I needed to attend a prayer service on Zoom and the seat in the room does not have a back so I needed to sit on the bed. The walls are not thin, but apparently the ceiling is. The person upstairs was banging on my ceiling while I was chanting from the Bible. I’ve chanted hundreds of times but this was my first heckler. There are better equipped hotels with soundproofing and more space in Shibuya.
