I have to say, the staff! I almost lost my luggage with Yamato Transport, they made a lot of calls and reassured that everything was going to be okay. I hug the assistant because she help me saved thounsands of dollars worth of merchandise. スタッフの皆さん、本当に感謝しています！ヤマト運輸で荷物を紛失しそうになった時、何度も電話をかけて「大丈夫だよ」と安心させてくれました。何千ドルもする商品を救ってくれたスタッフの方に、心から抱きしめられました。
