The staff were very kind and nice. The hotel is located in a perfect area. Central. Clean. The room was excellent. Clean and large. The only reason I gave it 4 stars. Is no room service after 9. And the bar was closing at 10:30.

We especially liked the lobby lounge overlooking an outdoor waterfall. Beautiful and serene. We had a corner room overlooking Tokyo Tower. It was great.

The property was very presentable , rooms were clean and well appointed the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Where the hotel was situated you had to walk to trains taxi/or uber. The park around the property was very serene and nice to walk around. The hotel could use a good morning coffee shop that could provide a full range of coffee choices. The rooftop bar was closed for renovation so that was a negative. The proximity to Tokyo tower was a positive.

Absolutely GORGEOUS property. It felt extremely luxurious compared with a typical hotel stay in Tokyo. I loved it and wished that we could have stayed longer, but I will still relish the few days that we got to spend, enjoying the amazing views.

Amazing views of Tokyo Tower right from our room. The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful, even assisting with sending a package. Breakfast was decent, I was disappointed not to be allowed into the spa or gym because of my small tattoos, the view than made up for it. Well worth the price, though the lobby can get crowded.
