Lobby workers are worthless. Told lobby flying overnight can we get in room early? No suggestion of where to sit go eat anything just go away. Watched us for hours in the lobby exhausted. They did let’s us in 2 hours before check in. No restaurant available even though it’s supposed to have 24 hour food. 2 seats, no place to even sit. 24 hour restaurant not open no food from 9-1130 No room service Cold employees. They do not understand that they are in the hospitality business. Tiny room No help w luggage captain said enjoy your stay while watching us struggle w luggage No coffee/tea Stuffy uncomfortable atmosphere. Do not stay here.

Hotel was clean and for 4 people they provided 4 beds which is rare in Japan. Location had great views, was walkable to the fish market and to restaurants. Lounge on the top floor had great snacks and drinks until 8! Overall great base for exploring Tokyo.

Stunning views from room and breakfast area. Close to trains and subway and very easy to get anywhere in Tokyo using map apps. Many restaurants ranging from cheap eats to premium dining. Room amenities were outstanding and room servicing by housekeeping was top notch.

My stay at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome was fantastic and I’d gladly return. The location is incredibly convenient; right in Shiodome with easy access to trains, Ginza, and plenty of great dining and shopping nearby; yet the hotel still feels calm and relaxing.
