We had a fantastic stay in a spacious and spotless room that offered unforgettable panoramic views of the Tokyo skyline. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with an incredible variety of high-quality Western and Japanese options. Best of all, the hotel's central location near Shinjuku Station made exploring the city effortless.

Rooms are very clean with top-tier housekeeping. On initial entry, the room may have a bit of a musty smell but it quickly disappears once the AC run for a short while. Staff are very polite and helpful. The location is ideal for exploration as it’s well connected with many JR and Underground lines, you’re never too far from anywhere. A fantastic stay for first time visitors of Tokyo.

Tokyo Done Hotel was a great place to stay, with restaurants and shopping around and close by train stations, it was very convenient. The 24 hours Lawson on the second floor was nice for those midnight snack cravings.Staff was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

Staff was very nice. Self check in/out machines were very quick and efficient. The surrounding amusement park granted an amazing view in all directions. Walkable to the laqua shopping mall for many shopping and eating options.
