We had a fantastic stay in a spacious and spotless room that offered unforgettable panoramic views of the Tokyo skyline. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with an incredible variety of high-quality Western and Japanese options. Best of all, the hotel's central location near Shinjuku Station made exploring the city effortless.

Room had an excellent view, and included breakfast for premium rooms was great. Check-in/out was easy and painless and we had easy access to transportation.

Check in was very easy and automated on site. Staff were very friendly. Loved having a Lawson's in the hotel as we did not have the breakfast included option. Appreciated the self service laundry machines. Room was fine, we were three adults in 3 beds and had some space, beds just okay. Loved this location, lots of train options and tons of dining and shopping right outside our door. Would stay here again for location.

The property is in an excellent location with many places to explore and eat nearby. The only thing I can complain about is the pool was not open for operation in the hot hot summer.

This hotel was an absolute showstopper — a total spectacle from beginning to end! ✨ Everything about it was stunning: the design, the atmosphere, the views, and the attention to detail. It truly felt like staying in a dream. Every moment there was unforgettable, and I couldn’t stop being amazed by how beautiful and well thought-out everything was. Very convenient, close to the tokyo dome, laqua shopping centre, bowling, amusement for kids, starbucks, plenty of dining options and easy to get to Harakuju, Ginza, Asakusa and Haneda airport by train. Mita station is about approx 5-7mins away by foot. Self check in and check out

Overall it is a very good hotel, with good transport links. The room was excellent. 2 downsides - the concierge wouldn’t book a local restaurant for me, which I found extremely disappointing and the residents bar seems to close very early. Other than that, it was great value for money.

I recently stayed in April 2025 everyone was nice and very helpful. I felt safe in the area at night when I explored the city being out til 12am. It’s convenient the train station wasn’t far at all I love that I wasn’t far from Shibuya or Shinjuku or Akihabara I love Japan going back😊💕

This spacious room is perfect for a family of four. We had a room with a view of Tokyo Dome, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is conveniently located near two different subway stations, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, LaQua Mall is just a short five-minute walk away.
