Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Really checked most of the boxes: it is close to a few metro stations, right next to the Tokyo Dome and has a lot of shopping options. It didn’t have the greatest selection of restaurants and felt a bit outside of the main hotspots but being close to the metro was a good trade off. The room was nice and spacious!

The location is great because of the while Tokyo Dome complex with many restaurants, attractions and open spaces, also the room had unobstructed views due to the location with big enough windows to enjoy it during the day and night while the staff was friendly and helpfull

Second time staying here and loved it just as much. The area is very nice, loads of food options, a few train stations nearby so easily accessible. Hotel has a 24hr convenience store, as well as a self service laundry which was very convenient. Just a very pleasant stay. Had no issues at all

The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout my stay. The view was breathtaking and left a lasting impression. The cleaning services were impeccable, and I encountered no issues during my stay. While the location is convenient, it is slightly inconvenient for my itinerary. Fortunately, the station is conveniently located across the street. Overall, I had a positive experience and would highly recommend booking this establishment again.

Good hotel.

Very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We chose a mid size room which was excellent. There's a Family Mart in the building and a number of restaurants nearby. Two train stations are not far away but getting to the hotel to or from the airports is a problem as the only bus service is to/ from Narita and we were told stops at 17.00 hours. We arrived later and after a lot of confusion took the TCAT to the city base and a taxi from there. It was easier and not too pricey to take a taxi to Haneda
