Very clean and helpful staff. Conveniently located near Shibuya station but not on a crazy busy loud street. Really appreciated the microwave oven and frig. Got food from the Family Mart next door and warmed it up in the room. Big comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located very close to the Shinbuya station which is ideal to get anywhere in the city but is located on a quiet street away from the crowds. The room was very clean and not a bad size by local standards. The room had a washer/dryer that worked great. Nice have clean clothes for our next stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good free coffee in the lobby!

This property is convenient and within 5 -10 minute walking distance to Shibuya crossing and all the shopping and foodstuffs … It good that they have washer/dryer in the room, plug in cooking stove, and a decent size fridge The only downside for me is furnitures and bedding is outdated and room is small..

The hotel is good especially it has a washing machine, the room size is big for Tokyo especially in Shibuya. The hotel is around a 10min walk to the Shibuya crossing, if you do a lot of shopping and travel on the train, it’s still a lot of walking. If u have a lot of luggages maybe catch taxi or uber as airport bus is a good 15-20min walk with luggage’s as you will be going up and down lift and escalators a few times. Overall is a good hotel to stay if you don’t mind walking and want a larger room with washing machine.

Ok for one night

The room we were given did not match the picture of the room when we booked online unfortunately. We got a bed pushed up against the wall which was very inconvenient for a couple in their mid 60s.and one we wanted to avoid when choosing the hotel. A green pilot light on the ceiling lit the room brightly at night. Our room was a bit tight. Shower over bath.not a lot of bag room. Good TV. Fridge ok, washing machine present but not used by us. Good food mart next door, convenient. about 15-20 minute walk to Shibuya crossing and railway station. Bit of train noise at night. Hotel staff were very pleasant and overall hotel was fair.
