Rooms are typical size for a Tokyo hotel. Staff was helpful they even tried to help me change a restaurant reservation. Dropped off luggage for airport transfer and that went smoothly. Loved the free coffee and Biscotti cookies!

We enjoyed a great stay in an excellent location. Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. They have spare toiletries available as well as a decent coffee system that is available 24 hours. The small laundry facility is also very useful and we enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet that had both Japanese and Western food choices. The rooms are small, very small, so that is something to consider if that is important to you. We couldn't really unpack but for our short stay this location is fantastic and worked very well for our needs.

Cozy room in a quiet hotel less than 10 minutes walk from Ueno station, numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Comfy bed, decent shower. Not much room for storing bags and limited hanger space, though that seems to be typical for hotels here!
