Room was clean and inviting to relax. For the bathroom, Toilet flush was on the weak side which was expressed to front desk, and shower pressure was very good. The bathroom wall around sink needed some cleaning as there was splatter marks from previous guests. My stay included breakfast, service was good, while the eggs/meat/toast/taters breakfast i had could have been better due to over cooked taters. The breakfast burrito my wife had was very good.

The hotel was okay overall but definitely had a few issues. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was good, and the location around the property was convenient with easy parking and walkable options nearby. I also liked that the area felt safe and had some decent dining and shopping choices around. The biggest downside was the breakfast. It was one of the worst parts of the stay. You have to order your breakfast at a small little cafe. Also they have no coffee available in the lobby. Who doesn't have coffee in the lobby? The property condition itself was decent, but the overall experience could be much better with improved service and a proper breakfast offering.

The room was nice and clean and staff was extremely nice and generous!! however i was surprised that we could not smoke on the balconies. I paid a fair bit to have a balcony, smoking should be allowed. Didnt have a chance to eat there however, it smelt good!! Would consider going again the next time we are in toronto!
