The staff were very accommodating at letting me check in early, as well as a late check out. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room service was also great. My stay at the Crowne Plaza in Canada was an overall excellent experience. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and well organized. Front desk employees, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. I dined in the bar area downstairs and enjoyed both the food and drinks. Prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was relaxed without feeling dull. One of the biggest highlights was convenience. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, which made traveling stress-free. Public transportation options like the subway and train were also easily accessible, making it simple to get around the city without hassle. Overall, the Crowne Plaza is a solid choice for travelers who value comfort, efficiency, and good service. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers or anyone needing easy airport access with reliable accommodations.

Room was clean and check-in staff were friendly. The restaurant seemed understaffed, though. But it should be said that the hostess tried to do the best she could to make up for it. They could definitely do with a full time bartender, rather than someone that also delivers drinks to the table. On every occasion that I sat at the bar it was frustratingly difficult to get served, despite very few people sitting at the bar. Given it's location, if you're on foot and not interested in ordering Uber Eats, your dining options are very limited.
