Super stay

The comfiest beds and pillows. Superb staff that go beyond the normal measures of customer service to make each guest feel happy and welcome. The restaurant has wonderful meal choices with a breakfast bar so full of delicious options. Wait staff is courteous and friendly.

Horrible experience. A scheduled power outage from the hotel that was never communicated from hotels.com It was late by the time we had to check in and had an early flight the next day. No power, No way to charge our phone

Airport jitel

Service was good. Said they were offering me an upgrade, but I pointed out to them that the king they upgraded me to was indeed what I had booked and paid for in the first place. I enjoyed a few of a very busy road and a garbage container. Was awakened by a truck’s alarm going off continually for 30 minutes at 1:00 am . Not their fault, but…… Good half hour service to the airport. Nearby restaurants you can walk to.

Comfort at the Crowne

We have stayed here on ever business trip, twice per year. The staff are wonderful and recognize us with a warm welcome each time. The hotel is a good location close to the congress centre and international centre with convenient buses to shuttle between the airport. Restaurants nearby are good and within walking distance. Done if the rooms are less noisy with aircraft and vehicles on nearby highways. We have always had excellent service and helpful kind staff who are what makes this hotel a pleasant stay.

One night stay before our trip

Room was spacious with modern decor. Breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast and service was excellent. Only issues were the room was too hot and the pillows were too thick. It was a bit noisy with traffic and airplanes flying over but not a big deal. We used ear plugs. Extended Parking was good. Will stay there again

Pretty standard hotel but the parking situation was awful. They charged me for both nights ($28 each night) at check in and both nights when I got to the hotel the parking lot was full.
