This was a very lovely hotel. There were definitely some housekeeping misses when it came to my room. Nothing overwhelmingly bad however, and it was a really lovely room. I wish room service was open later than it was, but I was able to easily DoorDash. Overall, it was a perfectly fine experience.

Hotel was amazing. Upon check-in, the front guest service agent Paulette heard about the bad flight we had and upgraded our room. It was amazing! It’s not in an area where you can expect a lot, it’s definitely in an airport hotel area. There’s a few decent restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar. That’s pretty nice. It was a great stay and the room was great, bed is comfortable, hotel amenities were awesome. Next time we head to Toronto I’ll definitely be using this hotel for my layovers.

Super comfortable bed. Good fridge & microwave & coffee but the staff was not very friendly. The breakfast area closed early at 9:30am & there are no other real dining options except crap across the street. They did give us good cookies though!
