Again, tried calling the hotel for the hotel shutter to pick us up. No one answered. Phone numbers for the hotel are not correct on the wall at Terminal One. Took a cab to the hotel, the shutter bus was sitting in the parking lot.

Good experience. However I booked a room and we needed a cot- and we were told we had to pay extra for the cot - I have never had this happen before. Also, we had to pay extra for parking as we had arrived in two cars and were told only one car was allowed, any extras had to pay additional and expensive parking fees.

The staff was great. The beds are not comfortable…bedding is used worn out and ill fitting. The room was overly warm. Soft close toilet seats would be appreciated. Hand held shower head would be a modern idea. Parking spots are narrow. Nice to have a decent quality breakfast included.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. There was an issue with my booking when we arrived, and they fixed it for me without any addional charge, which is so refreshing nowadays. Every single staff member we encountered was smiling and friendly. Wewould totally stay here again.

Room was spotless & the beds comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming & very helpful whenever we had questions. I enjoyed the gym and the 24 hour coffee, tea & hot chocolate station. The shuttle service was also excellent! The breakfast had many offerings. I especially liked the waffle station's many toppings.

No pick up at the airport, wating in minus 30 weather for an hour and half. Called the hotel 3 times, the bus was a no show. Had to take a $48 cab, no impressed. No coffee or breskfast ready at 6 am in the morning. The shuddle bus was freezing, no warming up the bus before hand. Really not inpressed with the level of service i received. Could not cancel my return stay, hotel said I have to cancel with Expedia.
