The only problem was the smell in the room. It smelled like stinky socks and no matter how well the the room was cleaned, the smell stuck, which made the stay unpleasant.

Friendly Staff Clean Hotel

Our stay was fantastic. Mhendo at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answered any questions about places to go in the area. The hotel is north of Toronto but easy access to hwys, or connect the subway to get to the heart of the city. Because of the distance from the city it makes it more affordable and free parking. Will DEFINITELY return to this hotel

The rooms were nice and spacious. The walk-in shower was easy to get into. The breakfast was very nice, lots of choices. The only negative remark is that even though the 2 queen size beds in our room were very comfortable, they were so high. It was hard to get into and out of. Overall, a very good experience.

I arrived very early and the staff staff were able to get me into my room 3 hours before check-in and the room was immaculate. never had that before in 30 years of traveling. I've been checked in early before but there's always been an issue with the room, this time.nothing immaculately cleaned and everything was seamless. thank you specifically mentioned to Manny.... I believe his name was, super helpful I'm definitely went above and beyond. but all staff were super friendly and helpful towards everything. My departure flight was delayed until the next day..... so I required another night of lodging. staff were super friendly and helpful and made it work for me to stay another night. also, they allowed me to check out later than I normally would which allowed me to stay at the hotel until late as possible for a midnight flight. thank you very much to the staff. I will return again

Beautiful King Suite

Bioked this hotel to attend a Family Wedding. Probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Very happing booking the kind suite as it had lots of room for kids to play. The room was so nice and clean. The entire property well maintained. All stafc interacted with were friendly and helpful. Surprisingly the snack market downstairs was reasonably priced. Highly recommend this hotel.
