Hi, I travelled to Toronto for a short vacation with my daughter and the first night we slept there, there was a majorly loud party on the same floor and people kept knocking at our door at 1am then 3am. It really scared by 11 year old daughter! I would honestly like to get refunded for the first night. It was not a pleasant vacation. Thanks,

I don’t see why we have to pay $40 parking overnight when the same parking is used for public and pay $10 and the one across the street $12 every 12 hours.

The staff at the front desk are very helpful. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the King Street Social Kitchen and Bar. Suzanne served our delicious breakfasts during our stay. She is a 5 Star Server. Art, the Concierge, arranged our tour to Niagara Falls with Muhammad, He is a great tour director and safe driver. The hotel is a great walkable location to all of Toronto’s entertainment.
