Right from check-in we met Zain. He was a wonderful host. He provided us with excellent customer service. We were there celebrating a night out for my mother’s 65th Birthday, we got an upgrade to a higher level room, a complimentary drink x2, some extra bottled waters. He went above and beyond to Make her feel special on her big day! Thank you Zain! The bartender (he said he was from Mexico) was fantastic. He really took care of our drinks and quick service. Room was nice and clean. No complaints
