We arrived early and they kindly allowed us to check in. Which was greatly appreciated because we had a long travel day. Upon check in, the room itself was cleaned but the washroom was not. They missed a used towel, used soap left behind, soap dish had soap residue under the brand new wrapped soap and missing towels. We called down to front desk and they got us a new room. Which was a tad annoying because I had already unpacked. The hotel is doing some renovations so at times you do hear work being done. The elevator takes a while to come to the floor as one is always out (a guest who stays there often told me). For a Pan Pacific and the price I expected better. The only reason the price is a little more justifiable was because came for a concert at the new outdoor Roger’s Stadium and going back to the hotel via transit was a train and bus away.

The check in process was easy but the staff did not cover any of the amenities offered or explain the layout of the hotel at all. We had four guests total in our room and when we requested more towels it felt like we were imposing and it was an inconvenience. We stayed for a total of two nights.
