The weather in Toronto was bad and I was not able to make it. I’m disappointed that they would not refund me due to the weather conditions. It was not a good day to travel. I advised them I would not make it and the only response I received was “if someone comes and needs your room, we will refund you”. Is that a way to run a business? Won’t be ever booking a room there again

The hotel is very clean and modern. The beds and pillows were wonderful. It is very minimalistic with few items respecting the trend of avoiding pollution and waste. We love that concept. The breakfast was advertised as Continental but the selection was great including ever eggs. It was a great surprise having some protein on it. The shuttle to the airport was on time and very organized. The staff was very polite and helpful. We recommend this hotel 100%.
