Dissappointd

their website said they were pet friendly, but not that it would cost you $50.00 for the pet. So they give you a good rate and then charge outrages price for your dog. Not good!

It is clean , close to Pearson Airport, They were extremely short staff on Feb. 28 th no one to help me to room with luggage, unable to manage the huge luggage cart, had to make 5 trips to room, only 1 employee on duty. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for shuttle to Hotel. Better service March 29 th @ checkout.

Great location by airport. Toilet flushed poorly. I recommend housekeeping check these carefully between guests and report plumbing that functions less well. Otherwise, fine room.

Hotel was just okay. We won’t be staying there again because there was no breakfast to speak of in the morning...just muffins and pastries and there was not a restaurant nearby to get a lunch/dinner....just across the roadway to a bar type of place. Not what we are used to and expect.
