We were traveling in from Montreal and was going to be earlier than the 4pm check in. We called the hotel to ask if we could check in early. We had to be at our venue for 4pm. We really liked the lay-out of the room. The continental breakfast was AMAZING so many options to fuel up for our return trip home. Will stay again if in the area. It would have been nice if it offered a hot tub for relaxing. Other than that we will recommend and return in the future.

Great stay

It was just a quick overnight stay for work. But this is by far my favourite hotel to stay in. Each room is like having your own apartment. Having a fully equipped kitchen is a big bonus for me

We loved the patio. The staff were wonderful. We were celebrating our daughter's university grad and they saw to it that we had a comfortable space and everything we needed. We would all stay here again in a minute!

So, this is a tough one. The first room we were assigned STUNK so bad that we immediately left and requested a new room. Front desk lady was really nice and we had no problem switching. Second room was nice LOOKING. Nice and spacious, full size fridge, stovetop and a dishwasher. Separate bedroom. Big bathroom. It was clean. Beds were comfy. But it didn’t smell very good either. I didn't complain about the second room because it was significantly better than the first (although same smell just milder so I assume its in the heating/cooling system), it was late and after a full day of Wonderland, I wasn’t really prepared to go from room to room seeking a better smelling one. I figured there was a 50/50 chance the next one would be the same or worse. We just sucked it up and tolerated it for the one night. The breakfast was decent and the staff running it were super sweet. Overall not a bad stay overall, but due to the smell I wouldn’t book again.

we stayed for 8 nights. we enjoyed the time in the property. looks like the staff in the reception can be more active and aware. a little bit noise from road when you're sleeping in it's side. breakfast can be more diversify. except of this the hotel is clean, parking is easy, price is good.

The property was clean. The staff were nice when we interacted with them. Restocking of supplies wasn’t great. They were very good at restocking towels and toilet paper but the other items were not restocked more than once during our 9 day stay including coffee, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They do not clean at all on the weekends. Only light cleaning during the week and if you stay longer than 7 days they will schedule a full clean one day during your stay. The free laundry facilities are great though and the room is clean. The free breakfast is also very good. Nothing fancy but a great selection for a family. I would recommend this property but would suggest bringing your own supplies if you plan to stay for an extended length of time.

This hotel was amazing, exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Felt like we were staying in an Air BnB. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for dishes and utensils. The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable but otherwise no complaints. The continental breakfast was exactly what you would expect. The staff at the hotel were so lovely. They even set up our daughters stuffies on their bed when they came to tidy, the girls looked forward to seeing what they would do with their stuffies daily. The common areas were all comfortable and clean, the little garden area in the middle of the hotel was lovely as well. We walked through every morning. The location is convenient for accessing shopping and dining as well. The parking lot from pictures didn’t seem easy to leave but there was a street turning out of the lot to get to a set of lights so it made it easier than expected. Would highly recommend staying here.
