This was really a clean and nice place to stay with easy access to Hwy 400. The room was really nice, clean, large, and well equipped. The only thing I can point out as room for improvement is if the property had more than one elevator, for busy times of the day like breakfast time. Nice to have but not a deal breaker for sure.

The property in itself is very nice, spacious, clean.. what makes it particularly appealing is the staff, everyone, that I and my wife experienced, from the housekeeping staff, to the maintenance staff went out of their way to guide or help in minor inquiries, as for the reception staff, front desk, manager all of whom were knowledgeable, ready to help, or do anything possible within their means to make our stay as pleasant as could of been, certainly going to stay there again, thank you to the staff, made our stay enjoyable..

Great room with suite amenities. Comfortable bed. Very Clean, good breakfast,lots of parking. Busy location and entrance is easy to miss. Somewhat loud if facing Steeles otherwise quiet. Very impressed and good value. With limited staff interaction it was positive. Easy check in and out. Recommend if in that area especially for .more lengthy stays.

Ive been here before liked it so I came back. Pros are convenient close to stores mall is 30mins away club nuvo 9mins away.Cons BEWARE booking via expedia. I accidently booked a suite with a few beds for one person & cane with a few they wanted 15 a night extra per person. Hotel staff was nice enough to drop that down but expedia sucks! Didnt have that info listed. I also booked more beds but the staff stated theres always glitches with the site when picking suites. Do you do diligence and call hotel to confirm your res. Aside my room having a shaky stool everything was great. Breakfast and free parking!

Any hotel that doesn’t provide adequate internet gets a one-star review from me. This is not a third-world country. The internet here was so slow it couldn’t even handle streaming a movie without constant buffering. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is absolutely overpriced for what you get. I would not stay here again or recommend.
