The front desk attendance for absolutely wonderful. Very gracious and kind. However the rub itself I have to say it was terrible. A smell very bad, to be more precise is spelled of curry. Nevertheless it was a very terrible night. They had a stove top inside the room and was completely dirty. Not that I cooked on it but it wasn't nice to look at.

Terrible hotel, probably the worst in Toronto, dangerous, terrible noise, dirty room, bad smell of water in the shower, not even a blanket, just a dirty cover , this morning there was no water at all, having paid money for the room, I want to at least take a shower which was not available , I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

“Ok and fine getaway accommodation”

As with this hotel, I noticed they clean the areas morning and night- which is awesome. They are available to fix and address any concerns met by guests. If guests has odour coming from their room - there will b a warning to correct it so that other guest like myself can live in comfort and peace. The stay is very convenient- with large size fridge contemporary stove top, and comfy in its own way with a very nice outdoor seating area for relaxation. Of course with every hotel there is no perfection, however they have tried and worked hard on meeting the standard- by being responsive to guests needs,
