Beds were hard, doors rattled when neighbours closed their door, people above kept dropping stuff on the floor (loudly) , ordered food from website texting got everything wrong except for the pizza but loved the heated floor in the washroom.

Disable access was excellent. The hotel is showing a bit wear and tear but still in fairly good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the server at breakfast (Feb 1/25) Would recommend to others.

The room was very clean BUT they checked in a large group,of men who partied all night and were so loud that I had to finally get up and check out at 6:30 am as sleep was impossible!! They should have security checking halls and large groups of men,women or hockey players should be put on a floor separate from travellers who need a good nights sleep!! They also had men yelling in the parking lot and again where is security,someone should have told them to stop!! !

While onsite parking is ample, it costs $11.00 per day. I question this charge as the hotel is located in an area where there is NO on-street parking anywhere nearby.
