What stood out the most for me is the fact that they provided Lysol wipes for the TV remote for the next guest's use. A little gesture goes a long way.

The room had its own small balcony with a view of the trees and the bathroom had a heated floor!! The room was very spacious, bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. Wish I had more than one night there! I’ll definitely be staying here again when I stay in Toronto again!

The bed is small and hard and they give you like couch cushions to sleep with. The toilet didn't flush well at all the bathroom sink didn't drain well. They charge a ridiculous amount for all you can't eat breakfast. Not even a free coffee for those staying . I will never stay here again. It wasn't good at all very disappointed
