This property has been badly neglected, is run down, and is in very poor condition. It is not worth the money being charged. I do not recommend it, and I do not plan to return.

Great staff, dirty rooms and loud clientele

The staff was friendly and attentive but the property was not impressive at all. The first room I was assigned was not cleaned properly or maybe not at all. Cobwebs, mystery hair in the bathroom, etc. The shower didn’t work, there was not enough water pressure to keep it going and when turning on the hot water, there’d be a loud sound in the pipes. I went down to explain the challenges and was immediately moved to an upgraded room. Shower worked, it had been cleaned, so it was fine. Not a fan of the mattress or the pillows but that’s a matter of preference. Was woken up at 2am by yelling and screaming in the neighbouring room, which died down before I got to the point where I’d complain about it, but it does say something about the clientele. So overall, the price was good but you definitely get what you pay for. As mentioned, I really appreciate the attentiveness of the staff but I will personally not be staying at this location again.

Enjoyable 2 Night Stay

Chose hotel due to close proximity to family. Comfortable 2-night stay with fast check in and check out. Enjoyed the spacious room with sofa to watch tv. Plenty of drawer space for clothes. Room service was prompt with good comfort food. Hallways smell a bit of cigarette smoke, but not in rooms. Didn’t use the pools, but there is both an indoor and outdoor pool. Bar area looked inviting but didn’t get a chance to try. Overall good value.

We loved that it was close to downtown and so many other points of interest. We loved that there was parking on site for a minimal fee. We had no hot water for shower initially and called the front desk. They had maintenance attend to this immediately. We had a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend to others.

The rooms were starting to look run down, but were nice and no issues. The restaurant food was borderline acceptable. Some were terri le while the rest was ok. They need to quickly and significantly upgrafe the quality and service from there. The restaurant itself needs a complete redo. It looks like a school cafe.
