We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The kitchenette was a really nice feature, the staff were really attentive - great customer service. The room was fairly clean, but there was a lot of grime on the stove, especially the dials, and the oven was filthy. I also had a handful of nasty dust/dirt after I reached under the bed to get something that rolled under. When I looked, it was clear that they dont clean under or behind the beds ever - TONS of dust and yuck under there :( The pool was small, and I wasnt certain about the water. I did not stay in it for more than a few minutes. The courtyard was a really cool feature, breakfast was ok. Next time I travel up here I will probably spend a little more and get a similar room at another hotel, but it was alright. Giving it 4 stars instead of 3 because of the great customer service and super easy check in.

The staff was really nice and I enjoyed the services they provided. However the room smelled musty upon entering. The bed hurt to sleep on so I couldn’t get much sleep, the pillows felt very used, flat and needed to be replaced and just needs a maintenance check on the fixtures. Unfortunately some of them didn’t work.
