Trendy and Affordable

An unpretentious and jazzy stay within walking distance of everything at a shockingly reasonable cost. The room punched above its weight in quality and the concierge staff were all incredibly helpful and struck a perfect balance of kind and sassy. Loved this stay, immediately my preferred choice in downtown Toronto.

No parking. No valet. No assistance with bags. Paper-thin walls. Cramped quarters. Garbage pickup at 6:40am was so loud it physically shook a 4th floor room. Avoid.

Nice facility, updated, comfortable room. Friendly staff, excellent coffee and pastries in the cafe/bar off the lobby. A short walk to the lakefront (including the bike/pedestrian path) and the convention center. Offsite parking is very close. Will definitely stay again when I return to Toronto.

Got a great deal on a small room with a great bed in a new, fun, young hotel. A great option for exploring downtown. Restaurant wasn’t the best but service was good. Definitely book here again

This is a perfectly located hotel, especially if coming from the Airport to Union Station. Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was very clean and well stocked. The decor is really well done. The only down side was it's a tad small, but this didn't matter to me as I was spending most of the day out.

Walking into this hotel was inviting, it felt like walking into someone's home. People were chatting in the coffee bar, others on the sofas, It was all very casual and inviting. The front desk staff were quick and friendly to check us in. We were not in our room long the first night as we were meeting friends for dinner and drinks. However in the morning when I went to shower I realized the entry to the shower was very restricted, less than a foot wide, this was due to a small wall jetting out and blocking the entrance. This may not be an issue for some but I have balance issues and getting in and out of the shower can be challenging some days. So I requested a room change and the staff had no issues with moving us. Our next two nights were fantastic. The whole area is bustling and there are lots of places to eat and drink. We walked up to Eaton Center, and walked to Rogers Center and the CN tower quite easily with no problems. It is also a very short walk down to the harbor with plenty of places to eat and relax. You can easily take the train from the airport to this hotel as its a very short walk from Union Station. We took Lyft both ways which was more economical for us and the only issue was of course traffic. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
