Hotel ok overall but rooms are tiny with very little space to unpack and store belongings. We had a terible dining experience in their casual cafe. The two of us ur ordered dinner at the same time and my order came but not my companion's; the server said he'd check but we didn't see him again. After 20 minutes my dinner got cold waiting and we asked another server who went to check. Finally, 35 minutes after my order was delivered they brought my companion's. Either the server or the kitchen totally botched the order, but not a word of apology.

Amazing hotel overlooking the national football stadium. Pleasant one mile stroll via a woodland river walk into Torshavn. Superb buffet breakfast.

There was an issue at check-in as they couldn’t figure out how many rooms had been booked, even though I had a receipt from Hotel.com. The rooms could have been cleaner. The same issue occurred two weeks ago when I found a used contact lens and long hairs from a previous guest. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly.
