Dance club on the bottom floor made loud pulsating music till 3am. Also lack of Netflix on tvs. Bathoom had a weird layout which put the toilet on the side of the basin which made it sit right in your face.

Comfortable hotel with excellent staff

The staff were lovely -very helpful. They allowed us to check in early since our room was ready. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of offerings. There was a washer and dryer available for use which was greatly appreciated!

Great location, friendly staff

Excellent location and very friendly staff. We spent two nights here to experience the Arctic region of Norway. While our conducted tour to the fjords was cancelled due to bad weather, it gave us the opportunity to enjoy the Paris of the north i.e., Tromso. Due to its central location we were able to walk to the Polaris Museum, the Radhus (Town Hall), the City Library, the Cathedral, and eat at some nice restaurants including the one in the hotel itself.

Great hotel! Breakfast was excellent with tons of options! Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, though, didn’t start until 8, which seemed late. It was located in the middle of town so everything was walkable. It was easy to get from the airport on the airport bus the hotel. The stop was across the street and catching the bus back to the airport was right outside the hotel. There were maps at the front desk to navigate around the town.
