Carpet needs replacing and is looking tired. Hairs on my towels that were not mine. parking garage gate not working. Two Haughty receptionists. Lobby is inviting. Loud music played all night and the hotel should have stopped it. Relatively clean and pleasant

The room was damaged. Specifically the lamp shade was torn, scraps on the bathroom door, and several signs of age as a facility that does not say Hilton or Doubletree at all. I was disappointed in my experience as I booked this hotel for our 9th year wedding anniversary night.

No pool or hot tub

The room was fairly clean, but the hotel was filthy. The floors were VERY dirty. I picked this hotel because there was a pool for my grandson. However, there is NO pool. It is completely closed as is the hot tub. I would definitely pick a different location.

Staff was super friendly, but the room they put us in smell like bug spray. So I ended up getting the room that I didn’t pay for, there’s no lights outside to find the parking garage or which way to go in to check in. They need more lighting over there.

Enjoyed our stay at the doubletree! A few really great walkable food options. Very clean, staff was polite. I drive a large SUV and the garage was a little tight, like most, but still easy and very secure. Would stay again.
