Not quite what I was expecting considering the reviews I’d seen. Slightly dated and the leisure facility needs a revamp. Noises from the bar and stairwell through the night and early morning. Lights on outside the window coming through the curtains. Creeking bed and certainly not a silent night mattress. Cleaning in the bathroom needs attention. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The view to the lake was lovely but interrupted by the hotel car park and very busy road

Room okay. Hotel terrible. Breakfast awful.

Please do not repeat our mistake by booking in . Room okay. Hotel awful. Staff not interested. Breakfast awful. Staff only interested in clearing tables to get out fast. Breakfast turnover ten minutes. Any desirable commodities were not replaced such as coffee, croissants. Sausages etc were avail but not appealing.
