Awesome Views to Vail Mountain from Upper Level Modern Condo - Outdoor Hot Tub.

Vail International #407 is a remodeled condo with vaulted ceilings, open living space and spectacular south facing views to Vail Mountain from all rooms. There is a living area with a gas fireplace and a 50" flat screen TV. There's dining area with a table that seats 6 comfortably and there are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as well as a tile floor that is heated. The owners of this unit have made many upgrades to all areas of the condo. By viewing the 3D tour, you can walk through the unit and feel its spaciousness and see the views to Vail Mountain.

On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms. There is a King bed in the master which has a duvet from Sferra, a high end Italian linen company. You can sit on the balcony off of the master bedroom with two chairs and a small table that overlooks the outdoor pool, hot tub and Vail Mountain. The master bathroom has been renovated and has heated floors, handmade Italian tiles and high end fixtures from ROHL. There is also a full size washer/dryer from LG in this bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a flat screen TV. The smaller bathroom in the hall with a stall shower also has heated floors. There is new wool carpeting in each of the bedrooms, up the stairs and in the loft.

A staircase from the living room leads to a loft area with 2 twin beds and a Design Within Reach daybed that folds out to a queen in the sitting area. The black and white bedspreads in the loft were created by a British fabric designer. Under each of the twin beds are two storage drawers to keep your clothes organized. There is also a custom made glass railing in the loft area.

If you are looking for an updated condo in Vail that has amazing views to Vail Mountain and is walking distance to both Lionshead and Vail Village, then unit 407 at Vail International is the place for you to stay for your next vacation in Vail in the summer or winter. This is one of the nicest condos in the building at Vail International.

There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in June of 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout devices for guest use.
