Clean and spacious, everything was working properly the heater was a little loud. Very nice views from my room on the 22nd suite floor. The fire alarm went off at midnight which probably pissed some people off but I had just got back from a late night sushi restaurant. Luckily restaurants are open pretty late downtown and there’s a 24 hour subway all on the same block. Staff was a little stand off ish I dunno what that’s about. Lots of good shopping spots and I got gated parking for $35

The fire alarm went off at Midnight and everyone had to go down the exit stairs to outside. We were on the 16th floor! False alarm, no apology from the hotel staff! No offer of any kind of comp! Which they totally should have done! We didn't get any rest that night! I'm sure no one did.

We enjoyed our four night stay. Everything we needed .. with a great view! Note, ensuite sink is very slow draining and ensuite bath to shower nozzle not working very well. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Perfect location as well. We were in 2407.

Best value in Vancouver! We had a whole apartment for the price of a hotel room! 2 bedrooms kitchen living room 2 bathrooms great view. It was so great for my family's 3 night stay in Vancouver, everyone has their own space. We were able to make a meal, reheat our leftovers and keep food and beverage cold in the full sized fridge. Front desk was very helpful and friendly, Carmana was the best part of our vacation!!! I can't wait to go back!

The staff was great. After an Airbnb disaster, the staff worked with us to book a 1AM booking and get into a room the same night. The location is in a centrally located area and has great restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend.
