Excellent stay at the Sutton Place Hotel in between Christmas and New Year. Beautifully decorated lobby with Christmas trees and decorations. Suite was perfect with spacious sitting room and bedroom. Nicely appointed with L’Occitane toiletries and amenities. Only disappointment was our vehicle with Thule box would not fit in the car park and we had to park over a block away. Not a deal breaker but inconvenient. Staff were very pleasant.

The lobby was stunning. The valets and front desk attendants were very nice. We had a very nice king room on the 16th floor. The hallway needed some paint touch up. The bathroom needed some caulk and paint touch up. There were some scratches and scuffs in the shower ceiling, along with some mold. Other than some very minor cosmetic issues, it was a wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
