The staff are very in tune with a clients needs. We came in late and the VIP upgrade was not available. However in the am, when I went to front desk, they did offer it to us, and we accepted. We also received a $40 credit which can be used for various items. We had a lively breakfast every morning and had a late dinner as well as we participated in happy hour once. We found all staff members everywhere to be congenial and helpful. We went in the pool/ hot tub. We will stay here again as it is close to everything and we liked the way it is run.
