Restaurant is so cozy and one of my favourite places to hangout. Food is amazing, service from the front door, guest services and restaurant is top notch. Valet parking and check in is instant! No waiting or long walks.

Beautiful hotel and couldn't recommend enough. Room was beautiful and the service was excellent across the board. This was the last night of our 2 week trip so we booked a room with a bath tub so we could relax, and also booked in a massage at the spa which was amazing. We ate at the restaurant too which was incredible - the starters in particular were a highlight.

We did not have breakfast, not sure it was included as I didnt see anything about it. The room was nice, beautiful decor. The bottle of wine and the cookies were a nice touch. No parking unless you want to pay 70+ we decided to park a block away overnight for $30. Would stay again, lovely location and very upscale hotel.

As soon as we pulled up, the service was excellent. Staff were at our car to greet us, and helped us unload and get to our room. The check-in was seamless, and the room was lovely! The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Vancouver, and despite its location, is very quiet! It was nice to come back to the room to find our bed turned down and a couple of cookies waiting for us!
