The hotel was nice and clean. The shuttle was very convenient also. Our room though faced the front which was nice but the noise from the restaurant across the road was loud.

Great hotel and great room in a satisfactory location. Close to a big shopping mall. But closed at 8pm. We found the Room walls to be abit thin and could hear next door.

Very nice hotel, needs a bit of TLC to room carpet and scuffed walls, but overall, very pleasant, comfortable bed, great bath and water pressure. Nice little restaurant across the street, close proximity to railway station, very reasonable shuttle cost to airport. Staff was accommodating and pleasant, especially Marta whose help and patience after my meeting too many rude and unhelpful people upon arrival in Venice, had me at wits end and on the verge of tears. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Loved staying at this hotel as it is not in Venice and so the crowds are minimal and it is very quiet. Staff was excellent. Short walk to the train station to get to Venice and surrounding areas. One thing I didn't like was there is no options for morning coffee or breakfast only the hotel buffet which we did the first morning but it wasn't very good. I'd give that a 2 1/2 out of 5. Second morning we just wanted coffee and a croissant but there were no other options.
