Amazing room, private bathroom with good shower, window overlooking canal, wonderful staff, beautiful grounds with several areas to rest or socialize, kids playing soccer in the courtyard, perfect breakfast, perfect stay. Highly recommend!!

The property has a great history as a restored convent. We loved the location, close to the Venice Lagoon Fondamenta Nove vaporetto stop and on a canal. Not in the thick of the tourist areas so much quieter. Still within easy walking distance of all museums, shops, restaurants, and areas of interest. Nice breakfast, too!

Beautiful historical hotel

We had a large mezzanine room on a little canal. With a kitchen but (good for enjoying the quietness of Venice) no tv. Good beds. Excellent breakfast. 15 minutes walk from rialto. 2 minutes to the alilaguna (Boat) to the airport. Really nice.

Unique property, we had a loft style room overlooking the canal, had everything we needed, very spacious. Easy to reach from the airport by taxi boat - great way to arrive. Excellent breakfast, a bit different to the standard hotel offering. Would definitely recommend.

Very cool place to stay - liked being away from (but within walking distance to) the city center. The building was beautiful and the rooms are a great size. Would definitely recommend staying here.
