Nightmare @Carlton Hotel in Venice Italy..

First time in Venice. room is hot , dirty. I have to ask for another room which is they gave me another room in the first floor, but I feel like I’m in a dungeon dark and also hot room so so.. during breakfast time it’s kind like they are pushing us always in a hurry. its like we’re in the military army group go go go. Veronica in the breakfast area is unfriendly and go go go. It’s kinda like we’re in the military camp. We can’t eat comfortably. What the heck! she seems like she’s not happy of what she does and I’m not happy at all..
