We came to stay for my wife’s 30th birthday and all expectations were surpassed! The pictures don’t do the hotel justice, we had a deluxe canal view room with high ceilings and a double aspect of the grand canal. No kettle in the room but I’m sure that’s just a British problem! 10 / 10 would come again in a heartbeat.

Property was ideally situated for exploring Venice. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a room with a king bed and lounge area which was very clean and comfortable.

excellent - on the canal, 10 mins from st marks

Pros: staff friendly, rooms clean,
Location: central but not too busy, water bus very close, gondola crossing 10 yards away
Friendly and well worth a visit breakfast was excellent., vaporetto stop is 1 min away, to any where you want, had a 72 hour pass, on and off as many time as you like. If you finances can take it , get a water taxi back to the airport.

Great location!

I came for a 4 day stay with my boyfriend and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel. It is a 10 min walk to the main square and surrounded by lovely hotels. Hotel staff are great and more than happy to keep bags before check in and after checking out.

Good location and friendly staff. Loved the big rooftop balcony of our room. It wasnt towards canal, but didnt mind.

Splendid palazzo on the Grand Canal. Arrive by water taxi for an old-world welcome. Abundant breakfast buffet. Rialto and San Marco in easy walking distance, as are excellent restaurants. We are return guests and will come again.

Ein alter Palazzo am Canal Grande sehr sympathisch, komfortabel und sauber . Die Lage ist perfekt, nehe der Vaporetto Station und die kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sauber.
