Ich war der Meinung wir hätten das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, offenbar war das nicht so. Können Sie das nochmals kontrollieren bitte.

Sehr nettes, unkompliziertes und kompetentes Personal.Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmerwechsel Badewanne zu Dusche war kein Prolblem. Top Lage. Schiffstation direkt vor Hoteleingang. Wir können diese Hotel in allen Belangen weiter empfehlen. wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Lage war sehr schön und das Personalist freundlich. Allerdings sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Der Boden war Eiskalt, daher war es auch im Zimmer selbst eher kalt.

Top Lage, direkt an einer Vaporetto Station. Ganz Venedig kann vom Standort aus zu Fuss erkundet werden. Im Hotel unbedingt Zimmer mit Aussicht in den oberen Etagen buchen. Das Personal der Rezeption ist immer behilflich und freundlich.

Schönes Hotel an toller Lage. Sehr freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmerservice ebenfalls gut.
