Lovely hotel! Very practical & convenient. Near to the St. Lucia train station and a lot of restaurants & water taxi stations. Staff was helpful and communicative! The only downside they do not provide an iron as part of the room, but that is a minor detail; everything else was perfect.

The hotel itself is very cute and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very small, but comfortable. The hotel provided a very nice breakfast variety each morning. The hotel is conveniently located near the water taxis and train station. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. Our only complaint was the small room.

I stayed here 2 years ago and really liked it so that is why I stayed again Comfy bed, clean, modern, breakfast included, perfect location near train station in a quiet alley with good restaurants in the area and away from busy S.Marco. I will stay again if I can get a good price, paid $350 AUD per night which is my maximum stayed 3 nights 😊

TERRIBLE terrible experience. This hotel presented RACIST and discriminatory manners to Asian travelers which COULD NOT BE tolerated. I booked a room clearly said for 2 persons, but upon arrival the front desk immediately demanded an extra €50—without even a greeting—just because only my name was listed on the reservation. I searched immediately on Expedia and changed the guest number setting to 2, and the price for the same room same night is even $6 cheaper than the price I paid. When I argued, they kept lowering it to €30, then €20 – this is obvious blackmailing. I asked for relevant policy for the extra charge, and the staff literally spent 30mins searching but couldn’t find any valid policies. His attitude and behavior is extremely rude and RACIST, targeting me as an Asian traveler assuming I wouldn’t understand English or would just give in. I am glad Expedia helped me cancelled my reservation, but shockingly the front desk even threatened the Expedia agent who helped me on this. So I strongly warn others, especially Asian travelers, AVOID this hotel at all costs. And to this hotel: Asians are not pushovers. Be nice to other people, especially your customer, is a COMMON SENSE.

AC broke & we had to move to the hotel across

We were supposed to stay at this hotel for 3 nights.We booked at this hotel knowing that they have an elevator since we have luggages but on our first night the AC in our side of hotel including 4 other rooms broke. We were told this was the first time this happens but I read in a previous review that it had already happened in the past. They were not able to fix it so they moved us 1145pm to their other hotel across & we had to pack our stuff again after we got settled.They placed us on a 3rd floor & there was no elevator. One of the staff did help us bring it up to our room in which we were grateful.The hotel room where they transferred us was a okay but was bit older & not as modern looking like what I initially booked. The room was clean & had the basics.We still had our breakfast every morning at the initial hotel where it has a decent spread of breakfast with hot options & good pastries. The frontdesk staff were nice. The hotel location is very close to the train station, vaporetto stop, groceries & lots of good restaurants & that was the main reason we chose the hotel. They allowed us to leave our luggages with them since we arrived early on our first day although they did not have a storage room for the luggages & our luggagaes were only left at reception area in which I was hesitant initially but we just made sure they were locked. Anyway, we did not have any choice since we wanted to eat lunch & explore first since we arrived earlier than the 2pm check-in.
