The room was pleasant and clean. We had clean towels every day. There was a good choice of food at breakfast with tea or coffee brought to the table. The hotel staff everywhere were always friendly and greeted us cheerfully. The hotel was in a brilliant location with the arena, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. It was only another 10 minute walk to Juliet"s house and a little further to the Duomo. Everywhere was easy to get to.
