Friendly staff. Reception very accommodating and helpful and always interested in how your day has been. If you require anything they are happy to help if they can. You have a good choice at the serve yourself breakfast. We found the mattresses a bit hard and could have done with a soft topper for people like myself who have back problems or other ailments. However, it was quiet and slept not too badly, but I had my own very small memory foam mattress topper, which helped a little, but could have done with another to make it just that bit more comfy.

the experience exceeded the expectations

I liked everything about the hotel and in comparison with other hotels of similar range in Vienna Ezherzog Reiner is better value for money.

Nice hotel, great location

I stayed there for 2 nights on my personal trip. Location is great given tram 1 is quite close by. Actually you can just walk to many main attractions which I did. Gorgeous breakfast. The only problem is wifi, not quite stable but wasn't too bad.

Great for a weekend getaway

Good location, walking distance from most sights. Friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast. Trams running past may wake you up early. Directions from airport: S7 train to Wien Mitte, change for metro line U4 & then U1. One ticket for the whole journey.

Welcoming City Centre Hotel

Friendly welcoming staff in reception. and an excellent breakfast in very comfortable breakfast room served by efficient staff. Location of hotel very good and using the tram system is very straightforward and recommended.

Very nice stay

I like my stay at this hotel. I stayed in a single room, it was small but cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable, I liked 3 pillows. Breakfasts were also very delicious with good choice of products. It was a bit hot in the room so I have to open the window at night. I would also prefer that shampoo wad separated from the shower gel. The reception was always open and staff was very friendly.
