It was a terrible greeting They made us wait for more than 2 hours for check-in stating there were no rooms available. However 3 clients came after us and checked in upon arrival. Austrians are so rude and arrogant. Never stepping foot in that country again, not even for a layover

Didn't understand the elevators to the room. Confusing. Had to carry heavy luggages up to half a stair. The way the elevators display the floors is confusing. Spent some time to find our way to the room and also back to the lobby.

We only stayed here one night. It was very convenient to walk from the Vienna International Airport to this hotel after a very long flight overseas. The hotel is right next to public transportation and you could easily get a taxi to any location in Vienna. I did not have a chance to eat at the breakfast buffet. I took a taxi to Cafe Central, which was very convenient.

After a long drive and bus ride from central Slovakia, I found the location of the hotel excellent. I could see the hotel from the airport terminal and walked there in 5 minutes. The check-in by Jonathan was great and the dinner and breakfast buffets were very good. I would book this hotel again if flying out of Vienna airport.
