We've had a terrible experience at check-in. There was only a single receptionist even though the hotel has seven positions. We had to wait to for 30 minutes(!) on the line and then another 10 minutes to fill out all the forms which you can easily get from Expedia. Terrible experience.

Failed to do one basic thing

There's one thing an airport hotel must do flawlessly: give a wake up call if requested so by a guest. This reception wrote down the wake up call time and never called back. Nearly missed the flight as the result.

We stayed at the NH Vienna Airport Conference Center twice on our recent trip to Vienna. We arrived late at night on a flight from London, and it was less than 5 minutes walk from Terminal 3 at Vienna Airport. This allowed us to clean up and get to bed within minutes of arrival. We also stayed here on the night before departure very early in the morning back to London. They offered complimentary coffee/espresso and pastries between 4 AM and 6 AM for the early travelers. The rooms were extremely large and the lack of carpet allowed for a very clean environment. The bathrooms were large. On the second stay, we were given a large bath, which was nice after a long day of traveling around Vienna. The AC took several minutes to cool the room down, which I think is not unusual in Europe. There was only 1 bottle of water available in the room. I would have been nice to have more than 1 bottle since there were 2 of us in the room.
